Hollie works at Kick it Out, a charity which campaigns for equality and inclusion in football in England. She was responsible for developing Kick It Out’s brand identity and external media presence before taking on the role as Chief Operating Officer, now overseeing all strategic operations and partnerships. Hollie has written strategies and evidence on a range of topics covering EDI in football including online abuse, which supported the development of recommendations for the Online Safety Act to better protect those who work in, watch or play the game. As well as writing strategies on sexism and misogyny, and antisemitism, which has been used to inform work both internally at Kick It Out and with football’s governing bodies. She also sits on the EFL Together Panel and the FA Women’s Talent Pathway D&I Advisory Group. Hollie is passionate about women’s and girls’ football and currently working as a head coach at a girl’s academy. She is committed to making football a more inclusive space for all.
