Andy Parkinson has worked in significant sport leadership roles for over twenty-five years. He has led the strategy development and implementation for major sports organisations including the International Paralympic Committee, UK Anti-Doping, British Rowing and NZ Wheelchair Rugby. More recently as founder of 2AC International, Andy has provided strategic advice and support to the British Elite Athletes Association, UK Sport, Bahrain Athletics Association and The Football Association, and is a Board member of the UK Sports Institute and National Panel member for Sport Resolutions UK. He is widely respected in national and international sport for his extensive understanding of business transformation, people development and culture change in complex and varied environments.
